LEADING THE WAY - Naperville's Business Networking Group
The concept is simple...a group of businesspeople come together to meet for breakfast once a week to support one another and to help each member grow his or her business. However, while the concept is simple, when done correctly the results can be quite powerful!
Deb Villarese, local networking guru, began Leading the Way in 1999 as a non-fee-based networking group. In other words, the only cost to the members is the cost of whatever you eat during the meeting. But the old adage "you get what you pay for" does not seem to work in this instance. The group's members, who regularly attend, have formed business bonds and relationships, have grown their businesses, have found goods and services they need and, in many cases, have forged lasting personal friendships.
The featured events each week are informational talks by the members, who provide insights into their business, and may also provide useful and interesting information about their type of business or business in general.

MISSION STATEMENT
Leading The Way is a non-fee based networking organization, established in March of 1999.
There are two things that we require of our members:
1) That you be dedicated and committed to your business and have a strong a desire to grow; and
2) That you be willing to refer friends and business associates to the people attending the group in order for their businesses grow and flourish, the same as you would expect them to share their referrals with you.
